I didn't bother telling Jean that I had asked both her and Tom for copies of the documents many times and they have ignored my requests each and every time.

I have also told both Tom and Jean that I want copies of the documents so I can run them by a lawyer before signing them. But again both Tom and Jean have ignored all of my requests for the documents.

In fact both Tom and Jean refused the certified letters I sent them asking for copies of the documents and related documentation.

I don't know if that only included the liens or if Bob also got a cut of the will and refused to take it.

Now Jean and Tom have both told me that Bob signed the liens over.

So the $100,000 question is what happened to Bob's share of the loot and who legally gets it?

Jean was kind or grouchy and demanded that I take whatever money they give me and sign their papers. Of course without bringing given any documentation on what I was receiving or entitled.

Jean also said again that because it's been so long I don't deserve to get any documentation or papers on what they owe me, or get documentation on what they have been keeping for me.

I'm sure that is 100% false.

I'm sure they are the "trustees" of the estate or whatever and certainly have an obligation to give me documentation on whatever is done.

Jean also mentioned something about the "statute of limitations expiring".

I don't know what she meant by that.

Have Jean and Tom committed some crimes of fraud, theft or embezzlement against me and the "statute of limitations" expired on those crimes.

Or is she accusing me of committing some crimes and the "statute of limitations" has expired on those crimes expired.

Jean also complained that whoever they are renting the home to isn't paying the rent on time or paying it at all.

Jean and Tom don't seem to be running the rental of the house like a business.

Jean mentioned something like the residential rental business sucks.

I suspect that means she likes the business rental business, but doesn't like renting out the house.

I know Jean said that they rented the home to a woman that Jesse knew from his church the last time I talked to her.

I know she told me in the past that she rented the house to her old boyfriend. I think that was Gus or John.

This time Jean seemed to be saying the woman didn't make enough money to pay the rent. Or maybe she wasn't getting enough money in her welfare check to pay the rent.

And of course if they are renting it out like a business, they should be qualifying anybody that moves in their making sure they have enough income to make the monthly payments.

They should NOT be renting it out to friends and giving them a sweetheart deal to pick up brownie points from their religious friends.

But again that's not my fault. I don't want the home, and I don't even know what the technical details on it are.

Jean also said that Tom was demanding that they not give me any more money until I sign the papers.

Jean was also talking about wanting to sell the house.

I have serious problems with that.

Not because I care about the house.

But because I don't know the legal state of things.

Do I own the house?

Am I a part owner of the house?

Actually I don't want anything to do with the house because it is a piece of junk in a horrible neighborhood.

But if I am forced to own it I want the best value out of it.

Are Jean and Tom going to throw me under a bus?

That was after I hired the people to serve Tom and Jean with their copy of the lawsuit.

She said she would.

I then called her Saturday, March 24 to remind her.

She seemed real angry and told me she didn't have time and couldn't meet me.

Also she talked said several times she had to file MY taxes. She also said she had been filing my taxes for the last 10 years.

I wonder are Tom and Jean going to try and cheat me out of my liens?

While Jean said she was going to give me the money, she then flipped around and said nope, we are not going to give it to you, by adding conditions.

For the last 2 years I have been asking Tom and Jean to give me an itemized list of what I am supposed to get before I sign over the leins.

They have refused and constantly give me the runaround.

They seem to want me to sign the liens, without knowing what I am giving up.

That sounds like they are trying to cheat me out of mey stuff.

It's been two weeks and they have not emailed me anything.

I talked to Tom, yesterday, Wednesday, May 2, 2018 and Tom seem to be giving me the runaround.

The intersection of Camelback Road and 19th Avenue is one of the highest crime zones in Phoenix.

The entire length of the light rail from 19th Avenue and Camelback Road to Dunlap Avenue & 19th Avenue is a high crime area.

The short time I lived there I always saw people sleeping in the area of Tom and Jeans home. And sleeping at the light rail stations.

I went down to the post office on Southern and College and filled out the forms so Bob can send me some mail and I can pick it up at the Post Office as General Delivery mail.

I thought that Tom, or maybe Jean had told me that me and Pat were cut out of Dad's will and didn't get anything?

In fact I think I had made posts on this web page saying something to that effect, which is that Tom or Jean told me that me and Pat were cut out of Dad's will.

According to the documents that Jean gave me a couple of weeks ago at the Tempe Library, Dad didn't HAVE a will.

Thus it would have been impossible for me and Pat to have been cut out of the will.

Hmmm ... Wonder, was Tom or Jean lying about that when they told me I was cut out. So they could keep the money and property me and Pat would get?

Danny Rivera, is NOT, and has never been an administrator of the estate and because of that I don't really want to talk to Danny Rivera.
