Tom DiRoss & Jean DiRoss

To Tom Diross, Jean Diross:

1) I removed the safe from your house on Sat, March 26, 2016. I don't have any more stuff there.

2) I still have 3 keys to the house & mailbox. If you want I can return them to you.

3) I moved out several months ago. The house has been empty since then.

4) If it were me I would rent the house out.

5) I will call you in a few days to see if you are going to give me any of the documents & data I have been asking for.

On Monday, March 28, 2016 I wrote this letter and mailed 3 post cards to Tom Diross and Jean DiRoss and sent them from the Tempe Post Office on Mill & 5th Street in Tempe.

I sent one copy to Jean and one copy to Jean thru her kid Jesse Brown or Jesse Diross.

I only sent one letter to Tom at his home address.

The reason I sent two copies to Jean is because in the past her and Tom had refused the certified letters I sent them.

I want to document that I have been doing the best I can to send these letters to Jean and Tom.
