Tom DiRoss & Jean DiRoss

1. Jean gave me $300 at Tempe Library
2. Jean gave me a letter from Tom
3. Jean gave $1 to a homeless guy
4. Jean said that Bob signed it.
5. Jean said that Bob doesn't want his share.
6. Party at Jean's house

Now I don't know if that includes just the liens, or if Bob also got a cut of the will, and Bob doesn't want his cut of the will.

Now this raises two questions

First if Bob doesn't want his cut of the liens or maybe his cut of the will, who legally gets it?

Does it have to be shared between all of the other kids?

Does the government get it?

Can Jean and Tom keep it for themselves?

And the second question is what did Jean and Tom do with Bob's share of the liens or will?

Did Jean and Tom keep it for themselves?

Did Jean and Tom give it to the government?

Did Jean and Tom divide it up among us kids?

It's questions like this in that I am demanding a copy of the legal paperwork before I accept anything from Jean and Tom.
