Tom DiRoss & Jean DiRoss

Tom sent me some messages saying she can't do that.

I was going to call Jean today, but I instead called Tom.

I called Tom Diross around 4:30 p.m. today, Tuesday, April 17, 2018.

Tom knows that I filed a a lawsuit against him. He also knows I am trying to serve Jean. He also knows about Mickey Jones.

He told me that the servers called Jean at work.

I don't know if Tom and Jean have been served or if they are hiding from me and trying not to be served.

Tom was also giving me crap about that I have to prove I'm Mickey Jones.

I suspect that is his way of finding an excuse to cheat me out of my stuff.

Tom and Jean also sent me text messages saying they could not meet me and give me the money Jean promised me yesterday.

I suspect that is why Jean was trying to get me to let her kid give me the money.

She doesn't want to be served.

Tom pretty much gave me the runaround the whole time I talked to him.

You know we love you and are out to help you.

Of course that was followed by

... but we can't give you any money

and you have to sign the papers

If that is true that means there are probably criminals charges I can hit them with for fraud and identity theif.

When I mentioned the house was trashed, he accused me of doing it.

Sounds like Tom is behaving like a typical criminal.

I told Tom that I would go to the police if they don't settle with me out of court, and he told me:

They said:

1. I tried to call you back and you did not answer tom
2. Mike Jean will not be able to meet you wed please call me tom
3. Mike Jean will not be able to meet you wed please call me tom

I just called Jean and talked to here.

She said she would give her kid some money and have him meet me on Wed.

She texted me his phone number. It is

I suspect that Josh will agree to meet me at the library and will never show up.

Or they will come up with another lame excuse on why they can meet me.
