Tom DiRoss & Jean DiRoss

It was in the afternoon sometime after I had eaten lunch at 11:00 a.m.

I don't remember the exact time because I was working on some stuff.

She seems to act like I just moved out of it yesterday.

I told her that I had not been there for months.

I also told here that I sent a certified letter to her and Tom.

She gave me some lame excuse and said that she wasn't home and didn't receive it.

I mentioned that she REFUSED it. And it was sent back.

She told me they wanted the keys so they could rent out the condo.

I told her that I had told them months ago that they should rent out the condo. And that they didn't really need the keys from me to rent out the condo.

She gave me some lame excuse that Tom said he was worried that if they rented it out while I had the keys, that I might come in and bother the tenant.

Well I told her in the letters I sent them I told them I was moving out MONTHS ago.

She mentioned something about not reading the letters I had sent her and said she would go home and read them.

Well really it would have been impossible for her to read the certified letter I sent her, but after they refused the certified letters I sent both of them a normal certified copy of the letters.

I gave her the keys to the condo and made her give me a receipt.

I took a picture of the receipt and the keys.

I also took a photo of Jean, just so she couldn't say that I made the receipt up out of thin air.
