Dear Tom & Jean:

I feel this letter is very important and I was going to send it as certified mail, but since you refused to accept my last certified letter I am mailing it by normal mail. I guess the good news is that will save me $20 I don’t have.

I have asked you guys both verbally and with written letters a number of times to tell me the status of our legal relationship along with all the legal documents, but you both have ignored all my requests and never answered my questions or given me the documents I have asked for.

Tom had told me that you guys are either trustees or guardians of my resources or something like that. But I don’t know if that is true or not because, again, I have asked you to give me the legal documents that define it but you have ignored my requests.

If you are my trustee or guardian it is certainly a violation of your fiduciary relationship with me to be giving people any information personal about me. And I’m sure that includes your friends, the police and the government. I’m sure your lawyer explained this information to you.

Last Friday, on June 30, 2017, around noon, I was talking to a friend at the Taco Bell in Mesa on Country Club and Main Street and he told me that I was living at your house on 19th Avenue in Phoenix.

I am a very private and secret person and I have not told that information to anybody. I didn’t even tell anybody that I was living in a home period, much less your home.

So I’m sure the only way he could have gotten that information was from you.

So please in the future do not give out any information about me to anybody. Unless you get a court order to disclose the information.

Also it seems like you have been giving out information about me to people in the police and government. Again please don’t give out any information out me unless you have a court order.

Now it is 1:34 pm, and I'm going to walk to the post office and mail the 2 letters I just wrote to Tom and Jean.
