Talked to Jean, Nov 16, 2016 - She didn't give me contracts

  On Veterans Day, November 11, last week I called Jean and asked her to give me copies of all the contracts that she had asked me to sign in the past.

I want to review them so I can decided if I can sign them or not.

I met her at the Tempe Library on Wed, November 16, 2016. She left work at 12:30 a.m. and met me around 1:15 p.m. I think she said she works for the government in Phoenix on Central Avenue down by Oak Street or Osborn.

I thought she was going to give me copies of the contracts which she has been asking me for years to sign.

Instead she gave me a letter that her lawyer wrote me several years ago.

The letter didn't even seem to be the full letter. It only seemed to be the first page of the letter and the rest of the letter was missing.

The letter said there are two things attached that I need to sign, but Jean only gave me one page and this is it. Jean didn't give me anything other then this.

The letter also mentions a copy of the "Family Agreement".

Jean didn't give me a copy of that either.

Jean did give me $120 in cold hard cash.

But of course now I will have to call her again and ask her for all the paper work which she didn't give me.

I will also mail her and Tom a letter tell them I want the paper work.

Jean did NOT give me any of the other information I asked for.

Which includes the legal documents that she wants me to sign.

Letter from Lawyer - Written on Oct 4, 2007

Again Jean did not give me any of the information I asked for.

I wanted a copy of the legal documents mentioned in this letter.

She didn't give me any of them.

I also want a copy of the "Family Agreement" mention in the letter.

She didn't give me that.
