Here are those questions I have for Tom and Jean on the trust and estate.

1) Both Tom and Jean have told me that Jean has filed income taxes for me over the years in relation to the trust / estate. Something I was unaware of until Jean told me.

Neither Tom nor Jean said which income tax records were filed, so I assume you filed both Federal and Arizona income taxes. Can I have copies of the tax returns you guys have filed for me.

2) I would also like copies of all the tax documents filed for the trust / estate. Both Federal and Arizona.

3) I suspect the trust or estate has a taxpayer ID number. I would like a copy of that. Since I am part of the trust / estate, I don't think there is a problem with giving it to me.

4) Originally I thought I was told that Dad cut me and Pat out of his will. And me and Pat got NOTHING.

Mom told me that Dad seemed to hate me since I was 6 month old, so that was expected. I didn't know much about Pat and Dad, but once Pat told me that Dad didn't like her and cut her out of his will. So again Pat being cut out of the will is something that was expected.

But according to the documents Tom and Jean gave me Dad died without a will.

Can you confirm this? And if Dad died with a will give me a copy of it?

5) Tom and Danny Rivera say that the "liens" have expired and are no longer valid. Can I have copies of those "liens"?

6) Also what law makes those "liens" invalid?

7) I would like to have all the accounting records on the people that you have rented the condo on 19th Avenue to. Along with the incomes and expenses from the rental of the condo or house. That is the condo or house which you want to give me. And from the records that you gave me seem to have transferred the title to me.

8) I would like all the accounting records from the trust. Incomes, expenses, revenues and so on. And of course cash distributions.

9) I would also like a list of the bank names and accounts used by the trust. Along with the statements for those bank records. Just a monthly statement will do.

10) If you are using places besides banks to keep the trust money, such as savings and loan associations, credit unions or other quasi banks I would also like a copy of all those records.

11) I would like a list of how all the property in the trust was distributed. Who got what, who got cash, how much and when.

And of course that should include stuff Bob was supposed to get, but gave up. And who got the stuff Bob gave up.

And of course the sign off documents on all of that.

12) I would like a copy of all the documents that the trust lawyer, who I think is April made up and / or filed for the trust.

13) I would also like a copy of all the documents that you guys or other people besides the trust lawyer April filed or made up for the trust / estate.

14) This is related to item 7 where I asked for accounting information on the condo that you want to give me on 19th Avenue.

I would also like accounting records on the income and expenses and rentals of all the other buildings in the trust / estate.

15) Can you give me a copy of any documents that outline what property, assets and money was given to who.

16) Jean gave me a legal document that the lawyer April prepared which seems to list how everything was to be distributed. Jean only gave me the first page of the document.

Can you give me a full copy of that document?

17) I may have a few more questions for you guys if I think a little bit longer.
