Tom DiRoss & Jean DiRoss

I went by Jeans house and picked it up at about 4 p.m.

Wow, after the last two run arounds I thought Tom and Jean were going to stiff me and not give me the $300 they promised.

But they gave me the $300 as promised on Wednesday, April 18, 2018.

Jean or Tom left these two receipts on the lockbox.

I signed both of them and left one in the lockbox and kept the other.

It looks like I kept the receipt on the right and gave Tom and Jean the receipt on the left.

Here is all the money I have received to date. I may have to add one or two entries from my other notes, but it is accurate to within $300 or $600.
