Here is the text of the lawsuit.

Plaintiff, Mickey Jones, for his complaint against defendants alleges as follows:

1. Plaintiff is a single man in Maricopa County
2. Defendant #1 is Tom Diross a married man in Phoenix
3. Defendant #2 is Jean Diross a single woman in Tempe. Jean Diross may go by the name Jean Brown, or Jean Vogelsang from prior marriages

Both Tom Diross and Jean Diross are Christian fanatics.

When Nick Diross died, the Plaintiff thinks that Defendant #1, and #2 were given the job of carrying out his will and distributing his property.

The Plaintiff doesn’t know for sure, but thinks all the liens Mary Jane Diross gave her children were divided up by Defendant #1 and #2.

Defendant #1 and #2 have both told the Plaintiff that they are fiduciaries, trustees or guardians of an estate or trust created for the Plaintiff.

Defendant #1 and #2 have been asked numerous times by the Plaintiff to give the Plaintiff any and all the legal documentation and records related to this trust, estate or whatever. All of these requests are on the website with the dates. The Plaintiff has sent them certified letters, which were refused. The Plaintiff has asked them verbally many times; the verbal requests have always been ignored. The Plaintiff has sent them written request many times. The written requests were always ignored. The Plaintiff has told Defendant #1 and #2 he wants copies of the records so the Plaintiff can run them by his lawyer before taking his share of the assets. But Defendant #1 and #2 have always to give the Plaintiff the run around on these requests.

Defendant #1 and #2 have said that the condo or townhouse is for the Plaintiff per the trust or estate. But the legal records seem to show that the condo is owned by Defendant #2. Defendant #1 said that Nick Diross willed the condo to him, so it seems unlikely that it is the property of the Plaintiff.

Defendant #1 and #2 have tried to pressure the Plaintiff into signing the liens over to them. They have refused to let the Plaintiff read the liens, or give the Plaintiff any of the legal documentations the Plaintiff has requested. So the Plaintiff has refused to sign them, because the Plaintiff doesn’t know what he is signing away.

The last time the Plaintiff spoke to Defendant #2, she said something about the “statute of limitations” running out.

Because of that The Plaintiff suspects that Defendant #1 and #2 may be trying to cheat the Plaintiff out of his share of the liens, trust or estate. Or that they already have cheated the Plaintiff out of his share of the liens, estate and looted it. The Plaintiff is not asking that Defendants #1 and #2 be charged with crimes, unless they refuse to give the Plaintiff his share of the property.

The Plaintiff was physically beaten and abused from the time he was a small child until he left his home by his father Nick Diross. The last time the Plaintiff was beaten with a belt by his father was in 7th or 8th grade. The last time the Plaintiff was punched by his father was when he was an adult over 18. The Plaintiff was also severely abused emotionally by his father Nick Diross. The Plaintiff was constantly, insulted, yelled at, abused emotionally and told while growing up that the Plaintiff was a worthless piece of shit and would never amount to anything. While an adult will figure out those lies are not true, a small child believes those lies and they become reality. The Plaintiff has thought those lies are reality for many years. And while the Plaintiff knows they are lies now, the Plaintiffs inner brain seems to still believe the lies. Mary Jane Diross told the Plaintiff that his father seemed to love him until he was 6 months old and then it was like a switch was turned on the Plaintiff’s father seemed to hate him.

While the Plaintiff is very smart in the areas of computer science, engineering, math, physics, chemistry, and science and so on, the Plaintiff is probably mentally retarded, mentally insane or mentally ill in areas of dealing with other human beings as a result of being physically and mentally abused by his father while growing up. The Plaintiff has never been married and has had very few friends, which is probably because of the Plaintiff being severely abused both physically and mentally while growing up as a child by his father Nick Diross. And because the Plaintiff believes he is a worthless piece of shit, as told by his father.

While the Plaintiff can deal when other human beings in solving problems in the areas of computer science and engineering, the Plaintiff is terrified to deal with human beings on a personal relationship.

The Plaintiff also has a severe fear of the government and police. The Plaintiff was arrested for sales of LSD, a crime which he didn’t commit. The Plaintiff wasn’t arrested selling LSD to the police, but arrested several months later. The charges were dropped and the Plaintiff never went to trial. Originally the Plaintiff considered this to be a mistaken identity. 10 years later when the Plaintiff wrote the software for the Arizona House Task Force on Organized Crime, he was fired from his job when the Arizona DPS and Attorney General took over the project. The Plaintiff’s boss, Dr. James Johnson, a Professor at ASU discovered the Plaintiff has been intentionally framed by the DPS. Dr. Jim Johnson complained to his boss Steve Twist, who was then the assistant Arizona Attorney General who did nothing. He then went to the Arizona Attorney General Bob Corbin who also did nothing.

The Plaintiff also suspect that Defendants #1 and #2 are sharing his private confidential information with Libertarians like Marc Victor, Ernie Hancock, Bennett Kalafut, Nick Coons, David Dorn and others. That must be stopped.

Wherefore the Plaintiff respectfully requests the court:

1. Order the Defendants to give the Plaintiff all documentation, records, bank account information, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, tax records and so on about the trusts and assets they have been managing for the Plaintiff or for the Diross family; This is so it can be determined what is the Plaintiff’s share of the property.
2. Order the Defendants to give the Plaintiff all documentation on the liens they have been asking the Plaintiff to sign. So the Plaintiff can determine his share of the property.
3. Order the Defendants to give the Plaintiff all documentation and wills on the estate of Nick Diross; including how it was divided up, and who got what. Including Robert Diross.
4. Order the Defendants to give the Plaintiff all documentation and records for the business, residential and other property from the estate of Nick Diross and Mary Jane Diross which they manage or have, so it can be determined what is the Plaintiff’s share of the property is.
5. Give the Plaintiff enough money so the Plaintiff can pay his monthly living expenses. That should be less than $100 a month.
6. Order the Defendants to stop sharing the Plaintiffs private information.
7. Once what share of the property, money and other assets belongs to the Plaintiff, order the Defendants to give the Plaintiff his property.
8. Award the plaintiff costs and fees incurred for the prosecution of this action;
9. Award such other and further relief as the court deems just and proper.
