Hey Jean:

On Christmas Eve, December 24, 2016 you met me at the Tempe library and gave me $300. Thanks. I only requested $120 but you brought $300. Again thanks. Also I updated my records with the $300 number instead of the $120 number.

You didn’t give me any of the legal documents that I requested in the letter I sent you. Those legal documents are

1) the “Family Agreement”,
2) the entire copy of the letter that you gave the 1st page of on Wednesday, November 16, 2016, and
3) legal documents that you want me to sign. Those are the liens. I requested those in the last letter I mailed you on December 6, 2016.

I would like to have them so I can review them and do something to get all the property and stuff our mom left me, which you and Tom have been keeping. I don’t want to sign any of the liens until they have been reviewed and I know what I am signing off on.

I would like to stop being homeless and get a place to live as soon as possible. And since you and Tom seem to control all my stuff I need those documents so I can get started again.

You keep saying you are going to “sell the property”. As in the certified letter that I mailed both you and Tom I told both you and Tom I didn’t want you do anything with my stuff unless you had permission from me in writing. My problem is I don’t even know what property of mine you have, and I would like to know about any of my property before you sell it off.

I am also going to send your lawyer a letter asking for the documents. I suspect you will have to give her permission to give them to me.

Images of recepits and stuff. Not at Circle K they gave me 2 stamps for the price of one.

I told the lady I got two stamps for the price of one and tried to return the extra stamp.

She didn't know what to do and told me to keep the extra stamp.

There were 2 stamps, one on each side of the paper and it's hard to figure out how to sepearte them.
