Hey Jean:

Back on November 11, 2016 which was Veterans Day, I called you and asked you to give me copies of the legal documents you and Tom have asked me to sign several times years ago and I have always refused to sign. I think they are lien releases. And as I said when I called you I am interested in signing them. I also asked you to give me $120.

Then on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 I met you at the Tempe Library to pick up the legal documents and money. I would like to thank you for giving me the $120.

But you didn’t give me any of the legal documents that I requested. Instead you gave me what seems to be the first and only page of a multipage letter from your lawyer to me on written on October 4, 2007. I included a copy of that document in this letter. That letter ends with the words “The other documents”

Would it be possible to get with you again and give me copies of the legal documents that you want me to sign. I would like to read them before signing them as I told you when I called you on Nov 11, 2016.

Also I would like it if you can give me the entire copy of the letter that you gave me when we met. As I said before you only gave me the 1st page of the letter and it seems to be a multi-page letter. I suspect it may have some information in it that would be useful to me.

Last can you also give me a copy of the “Family Agreement” mentioned in the letter you gave me on November 16, 2016? That sounds like information I would like to read before signing the liens and stuff.
